Hamptons by the Bay
One of the grander spec homes we’ve designed, this estate included a main house of over 9,000 square feet on three levels, a pool house, a pool and an outdoor kitchen. Truly grand living. Our favorite space is the covered terrace with its twenty one foot high ceilings. Built by master craftsman George Adair.
