A short walk from Firenze to Santa Cruz Avenue
We designed this 3,600 square foot spec house for a first-time developer for whom we had earlier helped design his own house. The inspirations were country homes in Tuscany but also the sedate and classic homes in St. Francis Woods in San Francisco. The collaboration with the owner and the builder, George Adair, went well and the same team went on to build several more spec homes.
